Efficacy and safety of Armour Thyroid treatment in patients with primary hypothyroidism.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate if Armour Thyroid is safe and effective in the treatment of hypothyroidism. This study will compare the effect of Armour Thyroid on hypothyroidism and its safety with synthetic drug T4 (Levothyroxine)

Enrollment is open

    • > 18 years of age to < 75 years of age at time of signing the informed consent screening.

    • Diagnosed with primary hypothyroidism for at least 12 months prior to screening.

    • Been on continuous thyroid replacement therapy with an FDA-approved dose of synthetic T4 for primary hypothyroidism for at least 12 months immediately prior to screening.
