How enrolling works
Pre-screen. Fill out the short form on any study page, or call 516-574-9232. A study coordinator reviews your answers against the study’s criteria.
Screening visit. If you may qualify, we schedule a visit at our Manhattan or Long Island City office. Screening includes informed consent, a medical history review, and any tests the study requires. You can ask questions and stop at any point.
Enrollment. If screening confirms you qualify, you enroll and the coordinator who screened you stays your contact for the length of the study. Study-related visits, tests, and study medication are provided at no cost.
Taking part in research is voluntary. You can leave a study at any time, and it will not affect the care you receive from your own doctor.

NYC Research Inc is the clinical research arm of Endocrine Associates of West Village, led by a board-certified endocrinologist and a team of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, a pharmacist, a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist, and study coordinators. We have dozens of completed trials in diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular, and thyroid conditions, listed on ClinicalTrials.gov.
